MINI of Stevens Creek

Thanks to the Stevens Creek team and especially Scott Rachfal for all of his help in choosing a new car. From the moment we arrived Scott apporached us and answered all the questions we had. He was very patient as we were a little indecisive but helped us narrow our results to our top 3 favorite cars. I was able to talk away with my dream Mini Cooper 4 door hardtop in pepper white with black rims. Scott included an attachment for my phone and 2 stuffed animals for my mom and I. We will definitely be returning soon to purchase a vehicle as a gift for my sister.

We came up from Pacific Grove just to "look" at some Mini's and drove one home that same afternoon! I've had Mini envy for some years, as our neighbors have one and just love it. I wanted a car that didn't look like every other car on the road and the Mini fills the bill on that wish. The welcome we got from the moment we walked into the dealership was so positive and different. Never were we swooped down upon by a hovering salesperson; we actually waited a few minutes for the "next up". The place was hopping and you can feel the good energy! Our salesman, Carmen Javadi, was very knowledgable and answered all our questions with ease. We told him what we wanted and he never tried to "up sell". We took a walk across the street to a huge lot with hundreds of Minis and after much "oooing & ahhhhing" at all the different colors, finally picked our baby, a green Mini Clubman! We signed a few papers and drove off the happy parents of a beautiful new Mini! I could not imagine a more friendly, knowledgeable, and professional dealership than MINI of Stevens Creek. Truly, the most fun we've ever had purchasing a car and we've owned many!

The service we received at this dealership was great! We were allowed to browse on our own and only when we were ready to talk did a representative approach us. Ken Ohran was quite thorough in discussing our options. Once we got to the financial aspect of our purchase, Henry helped us fill out all the necessary paperwork. At that point Ken was very patient in going over all the operating aspects of our new Mini convertible. When we did run into a minor problem with one of the tires Ken was able to get us into the service department where Drew was able to take care of our problem and get us back on the road. Thank you to everyone at Mini of Stevens Creek. By the way, the coffee machine is great and makes waiting easier.

Hendrew helped me pick up the car. He was very informative and patient, explaining car and looking for the cars with my desired feature in the parking lot. This deal really has a lot of Mini, all kinds all colors and different options. I ended up buying a Yellow one with premium package. I feels like in a night club sitting in car in the night. I am very happy with it so far now.
