I was very impressed by the helpful positive attitude Rudy displayed. He took the time help find and set up my new car. He answered any questions and if he did not know he took the time to find the answers. In the future, if I or any of my friends and family are looking to buy a new Mazda, I would send them to Rudy. I even named my car Rudy.

I just spent three and a half hours at this dealership
I just spent three and a half hours at this dealership simply trying to buy my car off the lease for cash. Their procedures left me so angry I was shaking as I finally wrote the check. Apparently paying off through Mazda Finance is not possible. They gave me a payoff amount and told me the dealer would contact me within two days. That was Monday. Today is Friday and I never heard from them. The first person I saw today was the finance manager, and when I explained why I was there his first words were, "That's wrong. I don't know why anyone told you that." It only got worse from there. Their requirements for a cash payoff were far beyond reasonable, especially the lease application and credit check for accepting a check. They won't hold paperwork till the check clears for the vehicle that I already have and for which there was never a late payment in 3 years. They told me it would only be a soft credit inquiry that would not affect my credit score. Within minutes I received a notification of a hard inquiry being made by Germain Mazda. I ended up buying the 2 vehicles I leased through them in part because the salesman I originally leased through steered me so wrong with misinformation on new leases that buying these was easier. I don't know why I would ever want to do business with them again. UPDATE: After all that went on here Friday with trying to payoff the lease, they had prepared a new temporary tag since the title has changed. They went to put the new tag on and realized that they put the new registration through on my other car. I'm not sure that anyone here knows what they're doing. Note that everything I've said does not refer to the service department. They have been great for the 3 years I've had these care. It's the sales and financing side that's been a total nightmare.

I'll be in with this car tomorrow morning for 30k service. Please have the new temp tag ready to put on. A break on the cost of the service (my 2nd 30k service in 5 days) would be nice. Thanks
I'm back at the dealership for service on the CX-30 as I type this (8/22, 9:35 AM). All I'd like is to leave with the new temp tag on the car
They just told me that in addition to prepping the temp tag for the wrong car, they paid off my Chase lease. The problem with that is I paid that one off last week and they were supposed to pay Mazda Finance. At the time I leased the first car, Mazda financed with Toyota Credit, which was then transferred to Chase. I leased the second one a month later when they had switched to Mazda Finance. There has not been a single thing that has gone correctly. Paying off the lease through Mazda Finance is not an option, you must go through the dealer. This has been an exercise in frustration and incompetence that's been worse than anything I've experienced in the 35+ years of car ownership.

Germain mazda is incredible!
This has been the best experience ive ever had buying a car every one of Germain Mazda's staff was kind, help and most of all honest they didnt try to up sale they only cared about getting me into a car that was perfect for me. Jason was great super nice and has helped me in every way. Now they have a life long germain mazda customer.
