I had a wonderful sales experience with Jordan Hoffman at Germain Mazda. He's knowledgeable about the brand, and is very straightforward and honest during the buying process. The car buying process is not a fast process, but they don't drag out the process. The facilities are clean and well maintained. Overall, it is a good place to buy your next car.

We saw a used car on their site and headed down to see it that day. The car was just brought to their lot and hadn't even been through their service department. We were told the price and our salesman, Michael Worthington, said they would go over it all and get back to us. The price didn't change but within three days later when we went to pick it up they had put on 4 new tires, fixed an exhaust issue, serviced the car, and even did a small amount of body work. My son loves it and I know he is in a vehicle that he will drive for a while before it needs any major repair.

Most of my interaction was with Mike at Mazda who followed up promptly ever since my first visit and made sure I could get exactly what I wanted. Would recommend asking for him.

Bo Stranzin was very patient with me until I decided it was time for me to buy a new car, as we were in contact for a few months. When I came to test drive the car, he had Mike to take cover since he was out of office. Mike was very knowledgeable and made the decision easier. When I came to pick the car a few days after purchasing it, Bo was great and understanding as I wanted to change the financing term. Great dealership where they take good care of the customers.

Even though I bought a used truck at Germain Mazda of Columbus, I was treated as though it was a brand new $50,000 vehicle. I had the pleasure of dealing with Bo Stranzin, who was a real class act and rolled out the red carpet for me. He and another salesman even followed me back to my hometown in Dayton, Ohio, nearly 100 miles away, to get the truck to my home. I purchased my 2015 RED Mazda 3, from Michael Worthington, in August, 2015. I cannot express to you how well I was treated during the process. Michael worked very hard to get me the best deal possible. It took us a period of a few days for Michael to assist me in test drives, appraise my current car, and finalize the deal with my husband. Michael was polite and courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk with. I absolutely love the Mazda, and would definitely purchase another car from him in the future. This is the first Mazda I have owned, and it is a fantastic car. The gas mileage does not disappoint. Thank you, Michael for the time spent with us, and the delivering of the new car!!

We did not go with the intent to purchase, just looking. But we found a car we loved and the sales associate, josh was so nice and helpful we ended up leaving with a car.
