Was on vacation in Hilton Head and X5 decided it did not
Was on vacation in Hilton Head and X5 decided it did not want to leave, so car was towed through arrangements with BMW roadside assistance to the dealership. The technician was very thorough and made sure we were going to be confident on our 800 mile trek back home. We did not think about how we we were going to pick up the vehicle when it was finished but Adison seamlessly arranged for an Uber to pick us up at our resort to bring us to the dealership, on their dime (very impressed). Everyone I spoke to at the dealership were absolute professionals and knew their job. I can?t thank them enough for getting the job done swiftly and getting us home safely.

Treated very well by Steve Griggs, service advisor. Was very comfortable waiting. Car was washed which is appreciated. Only issue was that oil change took longer than expected. I know that you get the service diagnosis as a courtesy to insure your car runs safe. Was told the service department was overloaded with oil change appointments, I was given a 25.00 for the oil change and the extra waiting time . Will recommend and use then again n.
