Hooks made my December much less painful than it seemed it would be when I drove my Navigator into their service department. I had some tough decisions to make & the service dept along with salesman, Chris Cunningham discussed options & helped me arrive at a workable solution for my particular circumstance. Chris is an excellent brainstormer & presented a great solution to my auto problems & then helped make it happen. I definitely left feeling very satisfied with my purchase.
