Great Experience

What a great car buying experience. Did almost all paperwork via email. Gave me a great discount on MSRP without having to haggle. Also got market value for my trade with no insulting low-ball offers. Professional and courteous.

Overall service including Oil change and new battery installation was done with excellence and efficiently as always. Bud was very cordial and professional, as always. He is one of the most pleasant and knowledgeable service reps I've known in all my years.

My only problem is they coul not get the dome light to work

best car buying experience

By far the best, most relaxing and stress-free car buying experience. I pulled up in the parking lot and was greeted by Mark, who made an impression on me right away. I outlined what I was looking for, he listened patiently with no interruptions and when I was done; he gave me all the information I needed and required, what I appreciated most was he then gave me the space and time to make my decision without any pressure and unsolicited comments or information. Before I knew it the transaction had been completed all documents signed, and was driving out. This was the shortest time I have spent in any dealership in my car buying history. Mark was very professional and friendly. Thanks for an incredibly awesome experience.

O2 sensor malfunctioned

While driving the Emission System problem along with automatic braking system issue service lights started flashing. I was able to bring car in and issue was quickly identified and part ordered. I was provided with loaner until car was repaired. Always a great experience with maintenance department at AutoNation.

These guys were great !! No hard-sell or pressure for financing and warranty terms. This is my third Acura and I will be sure to see them in three or four years when I?m ready to upgrade again.
