Pleasant sales person/ Great inventory
I called to inquire about certified used Toyotas over the phone and was directed to Sales/Brittany Foster. She told me that she can help me. She was super accommodating, helpful, not pushy and knowledgeable. She showed our family the certified used inventories that are in our price range. From the moment you walk in, you get this well organized, very clean and happy welcoming environment from all associates. I worked with Kadjaliou Barry through the entire purchase. We bought a Toyota Corolla today on May 7th 2022 with
We bought a Toyota Corolla today on May 7th 2022 with Truong Doan. We went back on March 4, 2023 and spoke to Truong again to try to buy a Rav4 Prime SE at MSRP with no dealership markup and no dealership added accessories on the R.O for the P.D.I.I I even sent and email asking him that this is what I wanted. He said yes we can do that just come in and talk to me. However, they try to add 4 fake and illegal fees for a total of $5,995.00 nitrogen air, floor mats,paint sealant protector, and some kind a protection for the seats. I will be reporting this to the FTC and Ken Paxton the Attorney General of Texas. I thought that they value their customers for their loyalty. I went back because I thought that they would value my business. Me and my husband walked away. It's ridiculous that this is how they treat their loyal customers. Shame on you Mike Calvert Toyota for adding fake fees.

Vehicle was falsely advertised.
Vehicle was falsely advertised. Drove the 30 miles and was terribly disappointed. Vehicle had spray paint on doors and rear bumper. Cigarette burns but the worst was a screw holding the bumper on. All the photos online showed no damage and appeared to be what my granddaughter needed. One star was the lowest rating I could give. Very poor

Bad customer service (parts department)
I order my parts onlune and it was my worst experience with online parts department. Its iver 7 days not even a single call or email notifying of any delay. i have to call them and not even an apology for the delay. i left message with part manager and no return call.

I bought a Certified preowned Corolla thinking I wouldn’t
I bought a Certified preowned Corolla thinking I wouldn’t have to spend anything on repairs. One of the wiper blades was coming apart, and the tires were shot. I had my daughter bring it in to get the second key made, told Freddy the wiper blade was coming apart but he told her it was fine, after another trip they replaced it. I ended up buying new tires because it wasn’t safe to drive. I left several messages with the dealer trying to get reimbursed for the tires, talked to Pat or Peter today with no results. I don’t think you should have to spend $800 on tires for a Certified vehicle. The salesman and finance guys were great, I wish service and management were the same.

Specifically asked for Lance James when I made my appt. Did not disappoint. I am still deciding, but Lance treated me great and did not give me any high pressure. I would recommend him to everyone shopping at Mike Calvert.
