Bad service department

The service at this dealership lacks professionalism and communication. The person on the phone scheduled my appointment and told me to be on time or I could not get serviced. I asked how long I would be there and she said that I would be placed in the express line and would be out in 45 minutes. I arrived at the dealership 15 minutes early, waited 30 minutes to talk to someone, then the service person told me I would be there 2 hours. I told him what the person on the phone said when she scheduled my appointment. He basically said too bad. I left and will not go back to this dealership for anything.

Terrible service when you call?

Terrible service when you call? You are never connected to a service person. I was promised a call back 15 to 20 minutes or an hour ago. I have had nothing but bad experiences every time my car was serviced. Slow service. Tires promised in an hour, but took 2 1.2 hours. I am out of town and no one will help me.

After I called for a manager, someone called me after 1hour 20 minutes and said they could not troubleshoot remotely. If they had called earlier, I could have tried a local repair shop, but they closed at 5 pm.

My company purchased a 2020 Ford Expedition for my

My company purchased a 2020 Ford Expedition for my business use. The sales rep. was young, courteous, and tried to help us with the buying process. The experience went downhill from there. The sales manager was not prepared, we had to return to sign new paperwork. While reviewing the documents we noticed a 3,000 add on for guidepoint tracking. We told them at we did not need it and were told it was not an option. It was installed on all vehicles and could not be removed. We got up to walk out and the manager said he would take it off. We were treated as third rate citizens from the elevated viewing stands in the middle of the dealership. The person in the "bull pen" was condescending and tried to make us feel as if we had to beg him for help. This was after waiting an hour to sign new documents. Overall, the experience was below par and I would not buy from them again. This dealership seems to work on a 'one and done' approach since there are so many customers in the Houston area. This was the third vehicle I have purchased in the Houston area in 2 years and and the first time I have been treated in this way.

Pleasant sales person/ Great inventory

I called to inquire about certified used Toyotas over the phone and was directed to Sales/Brittany Foster. She told me that she can help me. She was super accommodating, helpful, not pushy and knowledgeable. She showed our family the certified used inventories that are in our price range. We end up buying a brand new Corolla as we found the price to be very competitive. Brittany is truly a gem, an asset to Mike Calvert Toyota. Thank you very much! from G GIMOTEA

Excellent Experience from sales to Finance" My experience purchasing a car from Mike Calvert TOYOTA was excellentπŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘. From the moment you walk in, you get this well organized, very clean and happy welcoming environment from all associates. I worked with Kadjaliou Barry through the entire purchase. He was fast to answer all my questions and helped out as much as he could. I would highly recommend working with Barry to purchase your next vehicle. Barry was amazing, very helpful and always follows up even after . If you are coming here to purchase your vehicle ask for Barry I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!!!! We bought a Toyota Corolla today on May 7th 2022 with Truong Doan. We went back on March 4, 2023 and spoke to Truong again to try to buy a Rav4 Prime SE at MSRP with no dealership markup and no dealership added accessories on the R.O for the P.D.I.I I even sent and email asking him that this is what I wanted. He said yes we can do that just come in and talk to me. However, they try to add 4 fake and illegal fees for a total of $5,995.00 nitrogen air, floor mats,paint sealant protector, and some kind a protection for the seats. I will be reporting this to the FTC and Ken Paxton the Attorney General of Texas. I thought that they value their customers for their loyalty. I went back because I thought that they would value my business. Me and my husband walked away. It's ridiculous that this is how they treat their loyal customers. Shame on you Mike Calvert Toyota for adding fake fees.

We regret that you were not informed of the dealer added options prior to your visit, we add addition features to each of our vehicle to enhance the ownership experience. These are listed on our addendum stickers, on our new and preowned vehicles. We do like to take care of our repeat customer and our Customer Relations Manager will be contacting you to discuss this further with you.
