Shady folks work here. Beware!!

I did have a 5 star review on this place but seeing as how they decided to botch every single concern we had with the vehicle we purchased I cannot in good conscience leave a positive review. We purchased a vehicle from them in October with a busted antenna that we didn't notice when they sold it to us. They promised to fix it. We brought it back to get it serviced and we're told it was strictly cosmetic and they couldn't fix it because it would have to go to the body shop. Well a while later after a heavy rain there was rain coming into the vehicle and pouring in through the rear seat belt. Same day the rear sensors stopped working from the water damage. We brought it back up again (apparently this time they would be able to fix it also we live 30 miles away). We told the sales manager Juan about everything and he decided not to tell service about the sensor issue. The communication between us and service was absolutely horrible. We had to keep calling back several times just to find out the status and were promised calls back by Fredid and Faith that never came. Even if we did get a call back we would get several different stories. They took two weeks to install a new antenna. We asked them about the sensors and they didn't have a clue about it. Then they tried to tell us that we were on the hook for the sensors. After involving Jim Love the customer service guy, he said they were going to take care of the sensors after all. We kept calling and would get an excuse each time. My wife finally had enough and told them she didn't trust a vehicle with water damage in it and no longer trusted the dealership. We ended up dealing with all these things for a month. We come up today and talk to Steve the director of pre-owned sales who I thought was going to finally get us taken care of. He told us he was going to be able to swap out the vehicle and not check our credit. Well they decided to check my credit a second time and he said they couldn't fix it. The amount of hassle and issues I've had out of this dealership this month have me not even wanting to drive by this dumpster fire of a dealership. Hot and cold hot and cold. Even the finance guy said snarkily we take our online reviews very seriously. We take this one very seriously. Reputation is everything in the car business and I'm going to let everyone know that Mike Calvert is the place you go for disappointment. I passed up several dealerships in my area to come here and maaaan do I have regrets.

Harris Ahmed was such a hard worker, sweet, kind, pleasant and determined to find what I wanted. My husband and I decided to wait awhile as our present Toyota remains in warranty. I will return when we are ready!! Thanks Harris!

Waste of Time

A waste of time. Their internet price for a vehicle I was interested came with an expensive “footnote.” They added an outrageously priced security system which was already installed. I didn’t stick around to find out what other undesired junk they wanted to add for a sale. A “Bait and Switch.”

Professional Staff

Didn't have what I was looking for but they were super professional and helpful. Was looking for a specific vehicle that wasn't available. I will be back

Do not trust them.

I do not recommend this place. They were not being honest with me after I traded in my car for a new one. They tried to add an extra 7k on a extended warranty that they didn’t tell me about and when I was signing the paperwork it was kinda sketchy because they do not make copies of anything and instead they had a blurry screen on a counter, they rush you to sign everything without even give you anytime to read through. Also they didn’t give me a copy of anything they just handed me a usb but only after I asked them for a copy of what I had signed.
