5 Star Service for my Sales person. 0 Stars for the Collision Center. Was told my car would take 2 weeks for repair. It’s been almost a month and a half and still no car. Every single time I call, it’s a different story as to why the car still isn’t ready. First the blame was on the insurance company. I got the insurance company together and they did their part, then all of a sudden it was something else. Long story short, I’m not happy. I brought my car here with so much hope and expectation that since I bought it from here they would provide excellent customer service. But I was wrong. I should have selected a car repair shop on the approved list for my insurance company.

My salesman, Lance James, was wonderful. He was gracious and low-key, I would certainly work with him again. I didn’t care as much for the finance person who was gruff and not nearly as personable as Lance. This is my second time using Mike Calvert when purchasing a used vehicle and both experiences have been good. I’m not going to hold one bad finance person against them.

Bought a certified used vehicle and sales rep lied to use about certain services provided. Now he says no services and manager doesn't call back.
