New Tacoma

Back in country after 10 years. Could not find a new truck. Mansoor discussed what I wanted and said a new Tacoma was arriving the next day. Shared the specs and was nearly perfect. Two days later, I have my truck.

Waste of time. Look elsewhere

Clay Balest straight up lied to me over the phone saying a vehicle I had been searching for was available to purchase. Not even 5 minutes went by I was already at the dealership when another associate came up to me and said Clay had made a mistake and that the vehicle was already sold even before he called me. The vehicle had been ordered for another customer prior to me even having the conversation with him. He couldn’t even face me to tell me he was in the wrong and apologize. This is the type of salesmen at Mike Calvert Toyota. How shameful and pathetic to have a wimp like that represent your company. Dishonesty is all you’ll get at this dealership. Would not recommend to anyone looking. Waste of time.

Everyone was friendly and the process was fast and efficient. I arrived and was promptly greated and the service was completed on time and done right

Lance James is the go-to salesman.

Lance James is the go-to salesman. He patiently walked me through the process of purchasing my automobile from start to finish. He is knowledgeable about the cars and the entire purchase process. My experience here was great and when I need to upgrade again, I hope Lance is still here. Mike Calvert does not disappoint.

The buying process was easy and the staff was courteous

The buying process was easy and the staff was courteous and helpful. The only frustration was the delay in getting the vehicle from Toyota but not the dealership.

Lucas was amazing!

Stephen Lopez was great!

Stephen Lopez was great! He was super helpful and kind throughout the whole process. He answered all of my questions very well and made sure I was informed each step of the way. Also, Stephen thoroughly and patiently helped me weigh my options which left me feeling at ease and comfortable with my final decision. Charles was also very friendly and involved in the process which further helped me make a good decision. Overall, I'm beyond impressed with their customer service and love my new car!

5 Star Service for my Sales person.

5 Star Service for my Sales person. 0 Stars for the Collision Center. Was told my car would take 2 weeks for repair. It’s been almost a month and a half and still no car. Every single time I call, it’s a different story as to why the car still isn’t ready. First the blame was on the insurance company. I got the insurance company together and they did their part, then all of a sudden it was something else. Long story short, I’m not happy. I brought my car here with so much hope and expectation that since I bought it from here they would provide excellent customer service. But I was wrong. I should have selected a car repair shop on the approved list for my insurance company.
