I had a couple of minor issues come up and he was able to research and discover that there had been a software update that changed the behavior of the parking brake as well as doing a quick fix to an out of alignment wiper arm. I had the works done. Imagine my surprise, when 2 days later, after my vehicle sitting in the driveway, I see a shiny object behind the passenger back tire. It’s the lock lug nut from the front passenger tire. I called, the manager replied that she looked at the video and the tech tightened all 4 tires. So I guess it’s my word against theirs. I will not go back and when I’m ready for my next vehicle, I’ll go elsewhere.
