Outstanding Service !!!

This was my first experience dealing with Bob Maxey Ford and it won't be my last. My vehicle was waiting for me when I arrived, it was clean, gassed up, and ready to go. Julie was amazing she transferred my plate, we did the documentation in a few minutes and the owner even stopped by to see me to introduce himself. I told him that I would be back in about 10 months for another truck for my son.

Will was the BEST. Salesman! Knowledgeable and on the ball.

We had a few bad experiences while shopping for a truck at various dealerships....Bob Maxey Ford made the whole thing a pleasurable experience, and that was mostly due to our wonderful salesman Will! He was knowledgeable, quick with everything and had a great personality! Thank you! I’m LOVING MY NEW TRUCK!

Great job.

Perfect car delivered perfectly. Brian Waldo did another professional job, pleasing a hard to impress guy. The Edge Titanium is amazing. The safety features are great.

Routine maintenance

After arriving at my appointment time for routine maintenance and checking in, I was waiting for a short time when service staff had foresight & initiative to come to me & asked if they might also assist with other service tasks I needed but I already had an appointment elsewhere for that. The scheduled services were completed there & vehicle returned clean' ready for my day to continue as planned.

Very pleased client!!!

Everything was exceptional from the sales experience to delivery. And we love the hybrid car for ecology as well as performance, and follow up by everyone.

Car service

I had to go to the closest dealer. This was it. Very poor service. Although they are very nice to people who want to buy cars of course.
