Routine maintenance

After arriving at my appointment time for routine maintenance and checking in, I was waiting for a short time when service staff had foresight & initiative to come to me & asked if they might also assist with other service tasks I needed but I already had an appointment elsewhere for that. The scheduled services were completed there & vehicle returned clean' ready for my day to continue as planned.

Honest, reliable, efficient service. For both repairs, recalls and purchases, I have always gone to Bob Maxey Ford in Howell, Michigan. This is my 4th vehicle over 2 decades, that I have purchased there.

Very pleased client!!!

Everything was exceptional from the sales experience to delivery. And we love the hybrid car for ecology as well as performance, and follow up by everyone.

Car service

I had to go to the closest dealer. This was it. Very poor service. Although they are very nice to people who want to buy cars of course.

Great service, excellent work.

Knowledgeable, and timely. Great waiting area. Kept up to date with progress. When finished the vehicle was washed. Check out was quick and efficient. Great dealership for sales and service.

EVERYONE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND EVERYONE THAT WORKS ON THE CARS KNOWS WHAT THEIR DOING. THEY TELL YOU HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO SERVICE YOUR CAR AND THEY GET IT DONE, NOT MUCH WAITING.

Great Dealership

I want to thank Mitchell Flaps for all of his support in helping us take ownership of our 2017 Lincoln MKC. The price was great and they were very supportive in meeting our financial payment needs as well as an extended warranty. Mitchell did a great job juggling our deal as well as supporting multiple other deals he was working at the same time. I highly recommend this dealership and the quality of service as well as their vehicles is outstanding. We drove over an hour and a half and they were ready to make and put a deal together. I leased a car for the first time in August. I had an idea of what I was looking for in a car, and was torn between a Ford, and a Chevy. After speaking, and dealing with Tina @ Bob Maxey Ford of Howell, the choice was a no brainer!! I was so unsure of how the leasing process works, she explained everything to me, and made me feel so comfortable with the whole thing. She is hands down the reason I chose a Ford. Anytime I had/have a question, or concern she is always right there to help me out, and always has/finds an answer for me, and never makes me feel like I am a bother to her. THANKS TINA!!

Given my choice of vehicles that I would like to purchase.

Bought our vehicle from a rookie sales person and wasn't pressured to buy something that wouldn't fit our need, or big enough to handle towing my boat..
