The Bob Maxey Ford in Howell is an excellent dealership. The staff are always friendly and helpful, especially our Sales Consultants, Paul Wisniewski and Brian Waldo. We leased a beautiful new Taurus SHO and they made the whole process easy and stress free. They discussed our lease options, detailed all the new features on the 2019 and had all the paperwork ready to review and sign without waiting when we picked up our car! Paul and Brian are great and,truly believe in making their customers happy and satisfied with their buying experience. Bob Maxey Ford is definitely a class act, and I happen to be a GM retiree! We have three Ford vehicle leases through this dealership and every one was a delightful experience. To say that Cheri Cash and Will Andrews go above and beyond to assure that my family and I get the best leasing experience would be an understatement. They are experts in their work, knowledgeable in all aspects of their job. They are easy to work with, appear to be honest, go out of their way to make sure their customers have no questions unanswered. They are friendly and at the same time project a spirit of enthusiasm and a professional demeanor. Their and professional, friendly demeanor is, I feel exemplary and speaks well not only for themselves but for the entire dealership. Our sales person did a good job just wish the used car sales manager would have come out and talk to us instead of hiding behind the our sales person.

I was looking to upgrade my f150 and Kenny was able to find a perfect truck. Kenny was very knowledgeable answered all my questions dan was able to get me a great deal with a finance company. All around great car buying experience highly recommended Kenny and dan for used cars!

Valerie Shaver and Bob Maxey were awesome to work with. When other dealers said something could not be done she made it possible. We got out a vehicle that had seen better days and I was able to finally get back into a pick-up truck. I will without a doubt buy all my vehicles in the future from Valerie and Bob Maxey...and I will certainly be referring anyone I can to her.

Julie Kastrati was the initial contact and answered several questions before I came to the dealership. Julie Getkin was my sales person. She was professional, polite, and easy to work with.
