My damaged tire was replaced for much less than any Tire dealer shop quoted and I was confident that everything was done right.

Always Top notch service when I bring in my car. Takes a short amount of time but the job gets done properly , plus you always get a car wash!!! What service!!

We pretty much knew what vehicle we wanted and generally what a good deal would be. However, the folks at Bob Maxey that I dealt with (Julie G. & Rick G.) were outstanding! They not only made the buying experience, but they also went out of their way to get us the best deal possible -- a great starting price, 3 incentives and 0% financing...it was like hitting the Trifecta! We got the Ford Edge, in a the color we wanted and with the option packages we were looking for. And they even threw in wheel locks! All-in-all, a wonderful experience.

I use Bob Maxey for all my routine maintenance. My 2016 Escape has not had any issues but if it did I would take it to Bob Maxey. I trust them totally.

I would have to say that Bob Maxey Ford is the most honest Ford Dealer in Livingston County. My low coolant light had been coming off and on for a couple of weeks. We took it into Bob Maxey and they checked out my whole system and said everything looked fine. That the sensor was going bad. They could have easily told us that there were a lot of other issues but did not. Bob Maxey is where we will go to always have our car serviced. They are all very nice to work with in the Service Department.
