Our sales person did a good job just wish the used car sales manager would have come out and talk to us instead of hiding behind the our sales person.

Rude and unprofessional

very unprofessional service department. They will lie to you, and they will hang up the phone on you if you have a problem with their prices. Don’t recommend Bob Maxey for anything. I wish I could give zero stars.

Kenny and Dan rock!!

I was looking to upgrade my f150 and Kenny was able to find a perfect truck. Kenny was very knowledgeable answered all my questions dan was able to get me a great deal with a finance company. All around great car buying experience highly recommended Kenny and dan for used cars!

Great Experience!

Valerie Shaver and Bob Maxey were awesome to work with. When other dealers said something could not be done she made it possible. We got out a vehicle that had seen better days and I was able to finally get back into a pick-up truck. I will without a doubt buy all my vehicles in the future from Valerie and Bob Maxey...and I will certainly be referring anyone I can to her.

Great buying experience

I had a great buying experience at Bob Maxey Ford of Howell. I was looking for a used truck with many specific characteristics and was able to find it here. Julie Kastrati was the initial contact and answered several questions before I came to the dealership. Julie Getkin was my sales person. She was professional, polite, and easy to work with. I appreciate the great experience at this dealership.

Bob Maxey Ford

Got rear ended by another driver while stopped at a red light. Damaged rear bumper, trailer hitch needed replacement. I also had a service recall on this truck. Bob Maxey Ford serviced my truck in their service dept for the recall and in their body shop to replace the rear damaged body parts all in one day.

Ford 350

We brought our Ford 350 in to be fixed and plug that goes from your 5th to the pick up truck and broken twice, actually came apart, what we were told is this happens all the time, and they wanted to charge us $300.00 and some dollars for something that would fall apart again I found terrible business, my husband even called Jenny the one that sold it to us, she never called us back and the person who he did talk to said there was nothing he could do, I was under the impression it would be under warranty and we were told no.
