We brought our Ford 350 in to be fixed and plug that goes from your 5th to the pick up truck and broken twice, actually came apart, what we were told is this happens all the time, and they wanted to charge us $300.00 and some dollars for something that would fall apart again I found terrible business, my husband even called Jenny the one that sold it to us, she never called us back and the person who he did talk to said there was nothing he could do, I was under the impression it would be under warranty and we were told no.

Great Customer Service
Had a great experience purchasing an used 2015 Ford Edge Titanium from them. Worked with Greg, who has ensured the experience was great from start to finish. For a few extra things that needed to be taken care of after the purchase, he has offered to come out to Lansing (where I live and work) to resolve, such as dropping off the floor mats that had not arrived before I completed the purchase and picking up the vehicle to take to the body shop to look at a loose/broken body panel clip.

Easy peasy
Recall services and the works oil change. I was able to drop my truck off after hours and leave the keys in the drop box. My truck was done in the morning, earlier than expected,. Pleased with my experience.

Took my fusion in for a recall on power steering
Dropped my fusion off for a mandatory recall on Monday at 11am due to power steering failure for a recal by ford, received a phone call Monday evening asking if I wanted any recommended work done I said no thank you. Never recieved an update on Tuesday. Called Wednesday at 3:30 and was notified my car was done early afternoon Tuesday. I missed 3 days of work when if there was any communication whatsoever especially with the text app update which wasn’t being used by the staff obviously I could have only missed one day. Because it was a recall and not a routine e service that’d be paid for was obviously just thrown on the back burner and not even given common communication. I’ll be shopping for a new vehicle soon.. just not here now. I’m in the profession of sales and just thrown to the side because I’m not paying for a service but because it was a recall doesn’t substitute for poor communication..
