The sales representative Jenny Orlich was helpful and insrumental in getting us the best value for our money. She took into consideration all of our needs and wants. I would highly recommend Jenny if you're in the market for a vehicle.

Satisfied

Mitch provided great service and was very thorough on working through the deal. Very responsive and was available very quickly when texting him with any questions I had. Reason for 4 stars is the vehicle's transmission stutters and slightly misfires occasionally when going from 4th to 5th gear which I spoke about and was assured it would be taken care of when picked up. I understand it is a business and they did fix ball joints and brakes as they said they would. Overall good experience and a friendly staff.

I saw a used car here on Cars.com and contacted Bob Baxey Ford in Howell, Michigan about it. That car was sold but they indicated that they had several more cars both used and new that I might be interested in. So, I drove there and experienced probably the best car buying time that I have had for a very long time. I expected the typical "car salesperson" that would be nice at first and then not give me the time of day if I was not interested in that particular car. I'm sure you know what I am talking about, the person that tells you face to face or at least insinuates that "if you are not going to buy a car today, I am not going to waste the time with your sill questions". I am totally true, I was told that a few days ago at a different but close by Ford dealership. Well, the gal that I talked to was totally patient and also very helpful and spent whatever amount of time that I wanted to spend with her researching and driving and talking about purchase options with her. Guess what? I left that night totally interested but still did not make a commitment to buy a car. I told her that I wanted to think about it for a couple of days and went back two days later and bought a brand new Ford Fiesta. That was just the beginning. All of the people that I met that afternoon/evening were so sincerely helpful and the gal that helped me, Julie S. was so great that I nearly bought another new car, a 2018 Edge, for my fiancee a week later. We didn't buy that car, but again, the total experienced was so awesome that I have no problem telling anyone that we know that the Bob Maxey Ford dealership in Howell, MI will treat you like a customer needs to be treated. Fire Recall

Fire recall for F150, no appointments available for 2 weeks. I’m not keeping a vehicle for 2 weeks when it’s been known to start a fire. Found a different dealership! This is the second attempt I’ve tried make an appointment with this dealer.

Very Nice Experience

Kenny was our sales person. His knowledge of the vehicle we purchased was evident, and he was very nice and helpful the whole way. He took care of the add-ons we requested in a timely fashion. My wife and I were quite pleased with the whole experience. Thanks

Great experience

Kenny in used car sales was great to work with. He took care of everything for me. I was very happy with how smoothly the transaction went. Only down side is with financing. While the finance manager is very nice, they ran my credit with multiple lenders. I understand this is common practice and they were trying to get us approved at the best rate possible and appreciate that, but, to date, I have already received close to 20 letters from lenders. My credit score has taken a huge hit for all of the inquiries.

Greg was the best in helping my husband and I when we were shopping for a car. His kindness and helpfulness was simply awesome. He made buying the car so easy and comfortable, I would recommend anyone to go and see Greg you will not be disappointed and he will do whatever he can to get you into your new car.
