I had an exceptional shopping experience when I bought a van from Maxey Ford this summer. After explaining to Mitch, my used car salesperson, that I wanted a van that I could camp in, he knew exactly which vehicle to recommend. He had me test drive a van on the lot that was similar to what he was recommending so that I could get a feel for the type of vehicle he thought I needed. He then contacted other dealers to find the exact model he thought would serve my needs and he got it to his lot and finished the paperwork in time for me to use it for a camping trip I had already had planned. He answered all my questions and guided me away from other models I thought I might like. He explained why he did not think they would be the best for me and then gave me a complete tour of the van that I did buy. While I highly recommend working with Mitch, all the employees I dealt with were very friendly and helpful. I love my van and look forward to many wonderful camping adventures. Karen Keaton

She ordered the exact vehicle that I wanted and covered every portion of the process efficiently. I would recommend her and the dealership to anyone. p.s. I decided to go into bob maxy ford looking to purchase a new veachle, when I arrived my sales man Tony Lopez came out introduced himself. Tony was the first sales person I had delt with through this search that didn't try to push me into something I didn't want. I told him what I wanted to spend and I didn't Want to finance ext. Right away Tony treated me with respect and it was clear he cared about his customers. I didn't have to settle for something.... Tony made it happen I got the car I wanted! This was my first time purchasing a new car and I am so great full to have had the experience I did! Myself, my son and daughter picked up our new crystler 200 this is a day I will never forget we had so much fun! Thank you for making us feel like family. You were truly happy for us that means a lot! I have waited a long time for this day and I thank you so much for being a part of it!
