Fast and efficient

My Explorer was a bit overdue for an oil change and I was driving from Howell to Cleveland, Ohio. The service dept. got me in right away and I was out of there in less than an hour. Thanks!

Tony Allis provides the Best Customer Service!

I've never had a bad experience and I love working with Tony! Tony never makes you feel like you are a bother and will do whatever he can to make sure each customer is happy! Paul is an awesome mechanic and I feel you have the best dealership in Michigan! Your customer service is over the top!!!

Great Service

2013 Taurus, have owned for almost 3 years. The shocks on my trunk went out, which created an unsafe ability to use the trunk as it would not stay open. Called for service, and as usual they delivered personalized, professional and timely service. If anything delays the completion of the job, they find ways to "wow" you to keep you a totally satisfied customer. Thanks to the service team at Bob Maxey in Howell.

Service

I had an intermitten problem with the door latches on my 2015 F1 50. It took a couple visits the problem appears to be resolved. Service & staff were great.
