Great Service
I needed an oil change for my 2014 leased Ford Taurus, and wanted to come in the day I called for an appointment. Service Dept. said to come in at 4pm and they would work me in. They did just that & 45 minutes later I was on my way with the oil change, tires rotated, checked back-up camera (nothing was wrong that cleaning wouldn't take care of), and a clean car. Everyone was helpful and friendly, and the popcorn was fresh. Thank you. Maryanne Kelly

2016 Ford Escape
All went smoothly. I contacted Julie Getkin, told her what I was looking for and she quickly responded with information on two similar models of a Ford Escape. I told her which one I was interested in and in a couple of days, I went in, filled out the paperwork, and I drove home. Very happy with Julie (again) and with my new Ford Escape.

Great service
Matt and Karen at this location are awesome to work with. If I ever have a issue with my car these too are right there to help and keep you updated on what's going on so your not without transportation. Leased a new 2016 Ford Explorer
I leased a new 2016 Ford Explorer. This is my third Explorer and it comes with even more great features including heated seats, heating steering wheel, front and rear sensors, swipe to open lift gate, navigation and video headrests in the second row. My salesperson, Paul Wisniewski is really incredible. He always works with me to get me the best deal. He came over and helped me set up my phone to the Sync and set the keyless entry and showed me how to use every feature. He is always very patient and positive. I can't imagine a better salesperson or representative for Ford Motor Company.
