Exceptional service

My wife and I leased a Fusion from Bob Maxey recently and Cheri, our salesperson, was exceptional from greeting us the first time to following up with us after the sale. I just had a remote starter added last week and the service here was just as exceptional. We are very satisfied and will not hesitate to continue doing business with your firm. 2016 Ford Fusion

Scott Clower and Jeff Moon were extremely nice and treated us like they had known us forever. It is nice to be remebered from previous visits

2015 F350 Diesel purchase

My search for a vehicle lead me to Bob Maxey due to the specific option content I needed (6.7L Diesel with 5th wheel tow haul prep package). You had unit in stock that matched my requirements. Sales process went smoothly - John Camilleri was knowledgeable and efficient on making the sale and helping research some load distribution and axle capacity ratings for me. Only disappointment was valuation of my trade in vehicle was low. Seems to me that new car dealerships could be happy with profits on the new vehicle sales and be more willing to have a "break even" exchange on the trade in. Needed to make a second trip out the dealership from the Milford area, to pick up my old vehicle which I will now keep or sell myself.
