Great dealership.
I purchased a 2016 Ford Escape Titanium at the end of August, 2015. The salesman who was recommended by good friends did an outstanding job in understanding exactly what features I wanted, obtained the Escape in a few days, seamlessly completed all the paperwork, and thoroughly explained each of the features within the vehicle before I drove it from the dealership. I was extremely pleased with the dealership and their excellent personnel.

Exceptional Service
My 2014 Ford Escape has had a poorly aligned Hatch since it was built. I could literally pull it open when it was closed. I spoke with the Body Shop manager Matt, scheduled an appointment and left it at Bob Maxey. Within a few hours Matt called to tell me it was ready. When I picked it up he showed me how much better the hatch fit after they adjusted it. I am amazed at how much easier it is to open and close. It fits perfectly! Thank you Matt and Bob Maxey Body Shop! Excellent service = Happy Customer!
