Big Blue

I had the oil changed and tires rotated on my pick up and I couldn't have asked for any better service. Tony as always does a great job and so do the Techs.

Exceptional Service

My 2014 Ford Escape has had a poorly aligned Hatch since it was built. I could literally pull it open when it was closed. I spoke with the Body Shop manager Matt, scheduled an appointment and left it at Bob Maxey. Within a few hours Matt called to tell me it was ready. When I picked it up he showed me how much better the hatch fit after they adjusted it. I am amazed at how much easier it is to open and close. It fits perfectly! Thank you Matt and Bob Maxey Body Shop! Excellent service = Happy Customer!

Service manager has excellent customer service

my wife had difficultly setting up the appointment with the service tech. I called back and talk with the service manage and he was outstanding. very supportive and got us in very quickly. The bottom engine tray came loose while on the road. again, talked with the service manager and he resolved the issues quickly!

Routine Maintenance

I brought my 2012 Ford Taurus back for the regular oil change and tire rotation. Staff is always friendly. Now with the remodeling, the waiting area is comfortable and relaxing and spacious. Nice touch on the help yourself popcorn and drinks and snacks.
