Oil Change Hard to Beat
I was there just for an oil change, and that was handled quickly and efficiently at a price that's hard to beat. The newly remodeled service facilities are a definite improvement over the old, and the waiting room is now first class, with pleasant decor and tasty snacks. Even the payment procedures are much better than before. My only reservation: When the technicians discovered that my oil pan has a leaky gasket, they were not able to deal with it on this visit. Since my vehicle is a Chrysler, it's understandable that the right gasket would not be in stock. I'm just concerned that the new oil may turn out to be wasted when the gasket does get replaced.

Polite and Calm
Was shocked by the new way to talk to a service person. And then I didn't recognize anyone. Once I got help it was quick and efficient and my questions were answered. On my way out, I recognized some of the people I am used to dealing with. Experience was good.

Very Pleasant Lease Process
We returned our 2014 Escape utilizing the Early Bird lease end plan. The transaction went very smoothly and we drove away in a brand new 2016 Escape. We are very pleased with our sales associate Scott Clowers, who has been very attentive all through the previous lease period and again through the new lease process. Great Auto Dealership
I have already sent 2 customers who have purchased Trucks from Jenny O.. One was from Atlanta, Michigan. Dennis Davis, and P Fellows who was going to switch dealers. His problem was his doing. Both bought new F-150's. I love the excellence there in Sales and Service. Everyone is out to do their best for the Customer. Service lounge is immaculate and friendly, thanks for the free coffee and granola bar. I did suggest to your Svc Mgr to get a few more Children's Books to make it more child friendly. He got on it immediately. What a place. You have my loyalty forever.
