I recently ordered and purchased a brand new Jeep Wrangler 4xe. The experience was top notch. Steve Harris was great following up during the order process and followed through even after I drove off the lot. If I could give another star I would! This isn’t my first car purchase from Steve, and certainly not my first from Lithia. I strongly recommend Steve and Lithia for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!

This is the worst I have ever been treated
You have the rudest people I have ever seen. Are they so busy they can’t at least acknowledge. The customer should be first., you should be ashamed of your help. Where is your professionals. I will go to Carson City for sure you suck for sure.

Absolutely the worst! Tried to buy a Jeep Wrangler. Started online and ended up talking with Steve Harris. Made an appointment to come in. Got a call the day before asking if we wanted to put $500.00 down to hold a car. When we get to the appointment, no Steve-he's on vacation. Talk with Colby, who promptly tells us they don't have any Wranglers in stock! But, wanted us to buy a car sight unseen with a delivery date of "maybe next week"! Never again.

Mr. Williford, I don't know what else to say. We bought our last Jeep at Lythia when you were still on Mill St. and had an excellent experience. This time, not so much. For whatever reason, Steve, kept contacting me and gave my number to Colby even though my wife was the buyer. Which, I had informed him. I understand vacation. I understand it really didn't matter the salesperson. But, why have us come in for no reason? Did your salespeople really expect us to either put $500.00 down to hold a vehicle or purchase a vehicle sight unseen and no definite delivery date? We were told the vehicles were in a new location - Valencia I think - and "might be in by next week." We live on North Red Rock Rd so it's a little bit of a ride. And, I had to take a half day off on Friday to make this appointment. I'm not sure my wife would be interested in doing business with you at all. We have started looking at other sites.
