I made an appointment for Friday, 7/7/18 @ 7:15am. When can in I was told they couldn’t work on my car until 8:30am, I was upset! Then at 8:45am they finished my I was told they couldn’t wash my until 9:30am. I had to go to work!

MBZ 350 repair
Excellent service with great humans. They corrected errors I noted and fixed items I forgot to mention before the service. Sweet serviceman (D Franklin) make repair at this MBZ location (Santa Monica) the smoothest and kindest experience.

The salesmen were very helpful before we got the car. But after we got the it, everything changed. First it was impossible to reach anyone either in sales or finance, so we kept leaving messages. No one returned our calls at all. We needed them to authorize another dealership to fix a faulty parking brake on the GLK that we purchased just a month ago.

Unimpressed
Problems with the car I bought 2 months ago are the factory’s fault. The dealer network has to deal with them. Unfortunately, this dealer didn’t fix any of the 3 issues I took my car in for last time. Now there a problem with the air suspension, and they can’t even fit the car in to fix it, and don’t have loan cars for 5 days. Give me a break. This car was $90,000 and expectations are high.
