Late, poor communication, messy
Dropped my truck for an oil change at 8:15 am. Had to call four times to confirm it was done. Told it was and arrived at 1:15. Waited another 45 minutes because it wasn’t done. Got home and had oil leaking on my driveway. Took it back. Was told it would take ten minutes to clean it up. 30 minutes later they were still “cleaning” it...zero sense of urgency. Only after I had to lose my temper did they get it done. Finally it was done at 4:15. They took advantage of me dropping it off rather than waiting and seven hours lasted it was completed. 7 hours for “fast lane” service.

Door latch recall
I made an appointment to have this recall issue taken care of. Made an appt with Ryan Cubidez during my arriving. Ryan was at his desk and did not have to be paged. He wrote up my request and gave me an estimate to completel. The work was done as expected. I received a call from Ray that the work was done. He noted after I checked out with the Cashier that the car was not brought to the front in a timely manner. He followed up and got immediate results.

Grat work
Had 3 problems with my car they gave me a loaner when i got my car back i had no complaints what so ever im impressed with their friendliness although i have a ford dealership close to my house i choose to go to tuttle click because i feel important to them

Service to fix flat and purchase new tire
I was traveling in California and had a flat at 11:30 PM on December 30. The Highway Patrol called a tow truck and it was discovered the dealership that sold me the vehicle in Arizona for whatever reason had remove the jack and tools I needed from the truck. I had the truck towed to Tuttle-Click. I called the next morning to let them know my truck was in their lot and Wyatt was there. Kim was awesome!!! She explained to me that service was closed but they could find another truck on the lot that would have the jack and tools I needed to put the spare tire on the vehicle and change the flat. By the time I got there they had the truck and we took the tools out and I was able to change the flat and be on my way. The service department was closed until January 2 for the holidays. I call that morning to see if service had a tire in stock as I didn't want to drive back to Arizona without a spare. I worked with Ryan, one of the service advisors. He said he had a tire in stock and could change it for me. I took the truck over and dropped it off. He said it would be done within four hours. By the time I got back to the house I was staying at, Ryan called and said the new tire was on the vehicle in the spare was put back. He even said they were going to wash my truck for me. Absolutely the best service of any dealership I have ever encountered!

This place is amazing open till midnight and kind speedy service my F350 was fixed right the first time and have no further issues I will definitely be back for regular service

Had all fluids checked and replaced as required and suggeste
Vehicle needed all fluids replaced. Mechanic (Brandon) came into waiting area and explained to me everything he was recommending and why. Very thorough. This is a used vehicle I purchased several months back.

After specifically looking for a 2017 Ford C-Max Energi for weeks, I had a bad experience with a dealership in ALHAMBRA when my friend told me to go to TC Capistrano Ford. Wow. These guys are the friendliest, most patient, and caring car salesman I have ever met (and I'm in a similar sales industry). Jerry Hall took the time to show me every C-Max on the lot, then help narrow down my options once we identified what important features to me were, my budget, and any other preferences I had. The entire process, he was very kind, patient (even with my million questions), and fun to deal with. I'll be sending everyone to Capistrano no matter what part of SoCal you're from.
