Pulled into the two drive way at service behind another car. Then four other cars ent in front of me in the second lane. Had my tires rotated and the center caps are missing in the rear .

Generally good _ Except for a few issues
In the past we have purchased commercial vehicles from Rancho Santa Margarita Ford. We had excellent experiences there and were never surprised by costs or quality. This is the first used vehicle we have purchased and decided to shop at San Juan Capistrano Ford. Our experience was good. IN hindsight we wished we would have been given more options. We were shown very few vehicles and didnt feel we were being 'heard' with our concerns about the mileage. To alleviate these concerns we were lead to believe that the unlimited miles _ 3 year warranty was being included in the purchase price. That is the tool they used to convince us the truck was a sound purchase in spite of the miles. Never once did anyone mention the cost of the warranty package. We kept asking was that package included in the deal . . . They absolutely said yes. We felt comfortable with the purchase because we thought the warranty was included in the deal. When it came time to sign the documents (after hours of waiting and negotiating) we came to find that the warranty was NOT included in the price. That it was going to cost an additional $4,000.00. This was at the very end of the process. We had signed every other document. This was a complete shock to us. Yes, we are still concerned with the miles on the vehicle but we are happy with it. We do appreciate the warranty but did not appreciate being led to believe it was included. It left a bit of a sour taste for us regarding your dealership.

Normal service, oil change, fluids etc
One of the very best places to have a car serviced. Prior to my Explorer I had a Lexus and I loved the service . I will tell you that the service and staff were every bit as good as Lexus!! Well done and thanks

I waited for my car to be serviced and was updated regularly on the status. It didn’t take long. Nice clean waiting area is a plus.

I was never contacted by the service mgr about my complaintZ
Very costly repair I was responsible for on a car I thought had a warranty. I sent an email 9 days ago to the service mgr and have never received a reply. This dealership’s service is a huge disappointment.

Poor work
Did not complete work. Caused Insafe road conditions. Needed tow truck. Very disappointed bottom panel below engine fell off while driving. Did not report additional work needed. Poor
