After specifically looking for a 2017 Ford C-Max Energi for weeks, I had a bad experience with a dealership in ALHAMBRA when my friend told me to go to TC Capistrano Ford. Wow. These guys are the friendliest, most patient, and caring car salesman I have ever met (and I'm in a similar sales industry). Jerry Hall took the time to show me every C-Max on the lot, then help narrow down my options once we identified what important features to me were, my budget, and any other preferences I had. The entire process, he was very kind, patient (even with my million questions), and fun to deal with. I'll be sending everyone to Capistrano no matter what part of SoCal you're from.

Suprise, in a bad way.
I bought a beautiful used truck, nice staff and eager to help me finance. Told how pristine it was and how it passed the dealer inspection with no problem. 2 weeks after I had it home it was leaking transmission fluid. They would not fix the problem they "overlooked" but offered to honor the 30 day 50/50 warranty. I'm out $450 the first month. Next, i had to replace the waterpump, $300 2nd month. The loan they secured was simple interest, but I was never told. Paid off the loan before the first month was over, but received a call a month later stating I'm delinquent on my interest payment. I guess it accrues interest daily, not by the month, so I owe interest before the first month is even over. NOW, onto my third month I need to replace my brakes. Basically sold a truck with pads that had just enough to get me out of my 30 day warranty window. Suprise, I'm out close to $1000 just over 2 months after purchase. Very unhappy customer.

they broke my car and pretty much implied I am a liar
I initially took my car in for an oil change and told them that I got a message on my screen about a reduction in power to avoid overheating. After taking a look at it they said it was a tranny error code but they flashed it from the system. The first time I switched it from reverse to drive the tranny engaged horribly and I actually felt like another car hit me. I took it back to the dealer because this wasn't an issue before it was serviced. They had it for a day. I had trouble getting a hold of my service advisor, Dennis. When another advisor read me the notes they said I needed a new tranny. They denied touching the tranny previously because they said it wasn't in the notes. I know what I was told and I don't think it is a coincidence that this problem happened after I got service here. I will never get another repair here because I cannot trust that they are doing what they are saying and I worry I will get it back in worse condition.

Professional Service
When I called the service department to arrange an appointment for 2 recalls, I was greeted by Kyle Sanders. He provided, hands down, the best service I have experienced at a vehicle service center. A real professional, courteous, works with urgency and straight to the point. It's too bad there's not more service advisors like Kyle. Also, I do not particularly like anybody let alone strangers handling my vehicle, but the porter and tech who worked on my vehicle and returned it to me seemed to treat it with with respect. So thanks again to the service team!

Best Service
Stopped by the dealership to have broken mirror fixed. Checked it out immediately and had to replace. Ordered the replacement and installed the next day. 45 minute wait max! Service Rep, Kyle, was excellent!
