Great Car Buying Experience

This is my 2nd car from this dealer. Friendly staff with just the right amount of salesman push. I like to look around the lot on my own at first. After a few minutes of doing so, Ash approached me and I told him what I was looking for. He was exactly the right salesman for me; knowledgeable (especially about the technology) and able to answer every question I had. He found the right car with the right features for me. I'll definitely return here when my other car's lease ends in a few months. When I do, I'm definitely asking for Ash. Not to be too snarky, but Tuttle-Click Irvine could learn a lot about customer service from these guys.

Awesome fast service

Great service. Took my truck to get an oil change on a Saturday and it was a fast quick service. Thanks service department for everything!

oil change and tire care

Bob Coleman and the crew take very good care of our two Ford cars. I have no trouble at all waiting for an hour or so in the nice waiting. Thanks for wifi

Replace and repair OEM suspension system.

Matt in service advised all options to correct the failed air suspension system in my 2004 Lincoln Town Car. He explained the corrective action recommended for such failure and quoted the best price possible to implemente and time estimate to complete all work. I appreciated his professional customer service. and overall knowlege of the situation in this matter.

Excellent service & very, very helpful.

Everyone that we dealt with at the dealership, from the General Manager, Mike, to the salesman that helped us, David, to the financial person, Joe, was so helpful and made our whole experience wonderful & so easy.

Oil change and service

It was fast and courteous. They were helpful and informative. I had a coupon for the works which was a good deal. The coupon also had a discount off my next service which I wanted to use but they kept the coupon.
