Everyone friendly and helpful!

Felt good from moment I got to Ford and Bob helped me check in. Very nice experience! I will continue using Ford as I like their customer Service. I even got a coupon for servicing!

Attentive Service

My car buying experience was great at Capistrano Ford. Carlo Pocino took an entire afternoon and several test drives with me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn't have been happier with the whole experience!

Service felt like sales

My name is Sergio Cardenas, I went for oil and battery check, at first was ok, they help me fine, Bob Coleman was helping me, but when I called during the evening I talked to Denis(he seemed to really try to help but he could not do much since I was dealing with Bob) I got the impression of someone in sales instead of service, Denis told me that my bill came out after recommended several services about $900 + . Since was late, I decided to do almost everything since I need it my car now. I came up with with couple of discounts, I looked up for them, I thought the service was their to help you? I didn't feel like they were helping me but trying to get my money.I have been a Ford customer for 20 years, they could not give me decent discount. At the end I paid $854 since I decided not to do everything. I was disappointed. Service means service not sales.

Lease return & new lease

Tom Dunlap is the best at what he does. We were taken care of brilliantly. I live in LA, but come to Tom for my cars. Totally worth it !! AAAAA++++

Great Buying Experience, Great Internet price

Tom gave me all the price details for the vehicle I specified in advance of my visit. Everything was accurate and exactly as quoted when I arrived to do the deal. The vehicle was ready for a test drive and everyone was very courteous throughout the visit. The dealership was very busy that day, but everyone was obviously working very hard to get things finished quickly.

Great personal attention from the Fleet Manager

Tom Dunlap was awesome! He worked very hard to find the exact vehicle I wanted. He was constantly availible for contact and never seemed annoyed with my wife changing her mind.

Awesome salesman and staff!

Our Salesperson, Tom (fleet sales) was excellent. Car buying is a lengthy process that can be very tedious and draining but Tom did everything he could to make the process as smooth as possible.
