As usual the facilities were clean and the staff very friendly. The repairs were done much earlier than expected and was greatly appreciated.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The dealership is very clean and well maintained. There was no high pressure sales pitch.

Service reps are helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure you know what's happening with your car during the process. The waiting room is comfortable, and is set up for someone to work on location while the car is being serviced.

Walt and Reza were awesome, they explained everything to me, answered all of my questions, and were very patient and never pushy!

Salesman (Andrew Trillo) had a commanding knowledge of the car. He made the difference as I likely would not have chosen this car for my son. I was looking at Toyota and Nissan as options but stopped in just to "take a look" at the Fusion. He is great at his job.

All the service personnel seem knowledgeable and helpful. The shuttle drivers have always done a good job. The coffee is good and hot.

All work requested was done as expected, items asked to be check on (brakes) was done and reported to us and work completed in shorter time then told after our approval for work to be done. Got help with problem on phone connection in car as extra bonus. All persons we interacted with were very professional.
