Easy Car Buying Experience

No haggle, just get to the point of best dollar for the car. I did most of the car pricing all by email, it was perfect for a busy guy like myself. I was able to work and shop for a new car!!

Great service

Everything good. Lewis explained everything, took care of everything. Your valet service, at 8pm was awesome. Accommodating late hours is indespensable.

New Car

Andrew was great! He was professional and answered many of the questions we had. Also. Mike Matar in finace was very eager to help the transaction happen. He also was professional and pleasant . I appreciate his passion for his job, which is to make the financing processing happen for the customer.

Speedy and accurate service

I was taken care of quickly. He asked how the car was performing after the last service and advised that they had extended the warrantee to 100K miles for this issue. Great news, and glad to hear it.

Service coupon honored & friendly/cooperative help

Beautiful dealership. relaxed sales environment.

Roy Ball greeted me upon my arrival and was very knowledgeable on the product and answered all of my questions. I found a car I really wanted,and the sales staff made it happen even with my limited credit. I love the product and the experience. Great dealership, great selection, great sales staff and great location!

Luis Guzman- was very well versed and for his young age seemed quite knowledgeable and experienced. He made good judgement calls and was always available. I Thought he was an excellent rep for UR Co.
