Friendly and Experienced Staff

Carlos was outstanding. He went out of his way to drive a vehicle from one lot to the dealership so that I could take a test drive. This resulted in the purchase of my car. Also the staff made it possible for me to lease the vehicle on my own. They were amazing.

Quick, thorough service.

They scheduled us right away. They covered all issues and covered any recalls in a very timely manner, will definately go back for future service.

Richard West is the best

I have been taking our family's For vehicles to Tuttle Click (and the former Capistrano Ford) for about 20 years. Richard West of the service department is the reason I keep coming back. He fully discloses the service needs and costs and ensures satisfaction.

Service

Early hours to get car in before work. Your staff! They washed my car...only because it was VERY dirty. I know they are not doing every time now due to water shortage :)

New battery was in stock and car was ready before I could finish my sandwich. Also the food at the cafe is excellent too.

Great service. Customer care is unbeatable.

Excellent service by both Mat and the repair technicians. Mat went the extra mile in helping with the extended warranty people.

Easy Car Buying Experience

No haggle, just get to the point of best dollar for the car. I did most of the car pricing all by email, it was perfect for a busy guy like myself. I was able to work and shop for a new car!!

Everything good. Lewis explained everything, took care of everything. Your valet service, at 8pm was awesome. Accommodating late hours is indespensable.

New Car

Andrew was great! He was professional and answered many of the questions we had. Also. Mike Matar in finace was very eager to help the transaction happen. He also was professional and pleasant . I appreciate his passion for his job, which is to make the financing processing happen for the customer.
