Great place for both sales and service

My salesman Jerry Hall. He has sold me the last two vehicles of the five that I have bought from Capistrano Ford. He is very professional without being pushy. He takes the time to explain the vechicles and there features.

Amazing Service!

I felt VERY taken care of, from start to finish. It was my first time using your service department and Lee Williamson made me feel right at home. He greeted me immediately and offered help. When I told him I was concerned about my brakes, he did some quick research to find that my Edge was in need of a new brake booster and it was covered under the extended warranty! I wasn't planning on leaving my car overnight (went in for a simple oil change) but Lee was VERY helpful in accommodating a fast turn around so I could pick up my vehicle first thing in the morning and make it to the gym on time. Great experience, start to finish and I will DEFINITELY be back for more. Thank you Lee Williamson!!!

The staff was very friendly, all services asked for were performed correctly,and in a timely manner, and we had a coupon that we printed on your website, so the price was right!!

Overall Great Experience

We just recently purchased this Lincoln MKZ. We are living in the immediate area and were hoping to bring in the car for service to this dealership because it is close to our home. After our first service, I know we will continue to bring the car to Tuttle Click Ford for all services. Everyone was friendly, the services we asked for were performed and in a timely manner, and there was even a place to buy a sandwich while waiting! Overall great experience.

Super Service--Beautiful Facility

Bob Coleman is most helpful. All employees are very friendly and everybody seems to enjoy what they do!! Your pick-up and drop-off service is WONDERFUL.

Old school morning, computers down.

In spite of you computers being down everyone appeared to get the job done in a timely fashion. Very pleased overall.

Great, friendly service, always efficient

I am always very pleased with the service at Capistrano Ford. My family has collectively purchased 4 cars here, and we keep coming back. Also Jason is by far my favorite mechanic. He is clean and efficient and always does a fantastic job!

Courteous People

I was a walked-in for an oil change and tire rotation for my Ford Escape and still accommodated even if they are already packed for the day. I was offered a shuttle to ride to/from home while they are working my car.
