Tuttle Click Capistrano Ford

We just recently purchased this Lincoln MKZ. We are living in the immediate area and were hoping to bring in the car for service to this dealership because it is close to our home. After our first service, I know we will continue to bring the car to Tuttle Click Ford for all services. Everyone was friendly, the services we asked for were performed and in a timely manner, and there was even a place to buy a sandwich while waiting! Overall great experience.

Bob Coleman is most helpful. All employees are very friendly and everybody seems to enjoy what they do!! Your pick-up and drop-off service is WONDERFUL.

I was a walked-in for an oil change and tire rotation for my Ford Escape and still accommodated even if they are already packed for the day. I was offered a shuttle to ride to/from home while they are working my car.

I like to be able to be able to pop in and get a quick OLF done and get it done while waiting within a reasonable time frame.

I was impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the service representative. Also, it's a nice touch to wash the car before giving it back to me.
