Exactly what you'd like to hear

everyone was friendly, and efficient. the work was completed earlier than estimated. the car was returned to us sparkling clean. the cost of the wheel rotation was reasonable (i usually do that myself). it was, over all, a pleasant and positive experience.

Excellent service!!

All service writers are very friendly, and have a lot of knowledge. Service is fast. The lady that is cashier, is very friendly and does her job very well. The entire service experience is excellent from checking in and Paying the cashier. Car wash service is excellent and a big bonus. Windows are clean and not streaked as happens at regular car washes. Excellent service facility from coming in, to leaving!!! Thank you to all your staff. Coffee - EXCELLENT!!

Excellent Advisor attention and modern facilities

Great Service!

Always thorough and efficient. We take both of our Ford vehicles to Tuttle-Click and have always been satisfied with the quality of service. Love the Service Dept. hours of availability.

Helpful staff, shuttle service

Lee was extremely helpful and accommodating. A reasonably efficient shuttle service allowed me to service our work trucks in about a day.

Great service team

Richard West is wonderful! He is always wonderful at following up to make sure my car is ready in time and let's me know if there are going to be any delays. I trust his advice on how to handle my car repairs 100% and value his council.

Ask for Tom Dunlap

I've purchased many cars but I've never had a better experience than with Tom. He was straightforward, easy to work with, no high pressure sales pitch, and extremely knowledgeable about the car. The whole experience was a little over an hour. The only reason Tom wanted me to stay longer was to show me the features on the car after I already purchased it. No one could match the deal he gave me. My experience was so positive I told my friend about it and he purchased a car from Tom two days after I did.

Great Experience

Justin in the internet sales department was such a pleasure to work with. He made the car buying experience so smooth and hassle-free. I have recommend all my family and friends to Tuttle Click Ford because of the wonderful experience Justin made for us. When Justin handed us over to the gentleman in financing, he too was very friendly. We have an 8 year old daughter who was beginning to get impatient when we had to sign the papers but he made it quick and was very thorough. I live about 45 minutes away, but I would hands down purchase my future cars from Tuttle Click Ford because of the service both Justin and the gentleman in financing provided for us. Thank You!
