Ask for Tom Dunlap

I've purchased many cars but I've never had a better experience than with Tom. He was straightforward, easy to work with, no high pressure sales pitch, and extremely knowledgeable about the car. The whole experience was a little over an hour. The only reason Tom wanted me to stay longer was to show me the features on the car after I already purchased it. No one could match the deal he gave me. My experience was so positive I told my friend about it and he purchased a car from Tom two days after I did.

Great Experience

Justin in the internet sales department was such a pleasure to work with. He made the car buying experience so smooth and hassle-free. I have recommend all my family and friends to Tuttle Click Ford because of the wonderful experience Justin made for us. When Justin handed us over to the gentleman in financing, he too was very friendly. We have an 8 year old daughter who was beginning to get impatient when we had to sign the papers but he made it quick and was very thorough. I live about 45 minutes away, but I would hands down purchase my future cars from Tuttle Click Ford because of the service both Justin and the gentleman in financing provided for us. Thank You!

Gets it done

I recently had an issue with my speakers being blown in my 2013 hyundai veloster. I brought it in and talked with Brian H. in the service department. He got everything repaired for me quick, with no hassle and made me feel comfortable and calm. I'll be honest, I was upset that my speakers were messed up after a year of owning the car. (I bought my car at a different dealership) But Brian was terrific and I will be bringing my car here for now on.

Better than expected

I haven't had much luck with the surrounding ford dealers in the area until I tried Tuttle Click ford service. Brian was our service advisor and kept me updated on the status and repairs of my vehicle. He reviewed every concern I had when taking it in for service as well as the most economical and productive way to remedy the issues I was having. The dealership also supports military so that is a plus in my book as well.

Best Place to Buy a Ford

The sales, manager, and finance team (Jerry, Kevin, Joe) made this a great experience. My lease was up in a few months and I went into to look at options. Two hours later I am driving away in a new C-Max Energi. Why, because Jerry listened to my needs, Kevin made the deal work and Joe provided the best finance office experience I have ever had at a car dealer. He didn't try to sell me anything, explained everything clearly and I was out on the road before I knew it. Great Job.

Unsurpassed customer service

From an on-line inquiry to purchase, the experience with Tuttle-Click Ford in San Juan Capistrano was an excellent experience. The whole staff exuded friendliness, willingness to serve, and it was there goal to make the buying a car process exciting and individualized. The process was well thought out and complete in all details. I've bought cars before and it was laborious. Not this time! Thank you Ford at Tuttle-Click San Juan Capistrano! Justin, Eddie, and Bob were some of the staff that were most helpful.

Fabulous Service Rep

The service rep was great. He listened to my requests, got me the information I needed, & the price for the repair was what I expected. Service was fast and efficient. I love the option of late night hours and appreciate staff willing to work those hours.... I'm sure it get slow or boring, etc.

repairs done to truck

I am from Northern California and have used your dealership several times when visiting my son down here. Each time has been a good experience. I have had work done to both my wifes car and my truck. My son has also started using your dealership as well. The proof of your work is alway tested on my drive back to Northern California. So far all the work that has been done is excellent.
