Great Overall Process!

Very pleasant process. We already agreed on a price and Dave did not try to add things at the end. Was in and out in under 3 hours!

Awesome Service

Easy scheduling and drop off, my car even came out looking great, not just a standard wash but they even did a tire polish!

Way to go Walt!

Walt was a true professional: courteous, knowledgeable and respectful. His first question was not: what color are you interested in? Personally, I find this quite offensive. Is it because I am a woman and all that I am interested in is the color of a vehicle? If a man is looking at a truck, does the salesperson ask said customer what color does he want as his introductory question? I think not. This was our experience at the three other ford dealerships that we visited. Andrew was patient, friendly and quite helpful.

Driver's Side Window fell off the track

Imagine our surprise and frustration when the driver's side window on our new to us certified 2011 Ford Edge, simply fell off the regulator track and slipped down into the door after we had driven the car just 5,000 miles. We had previously experienced a failed battery, and dysfunctional alarm system which prevented the car from starting while blaring away in our drive way on 3 separate occasions. All were taken care of by sympathetic sales people, and the professional service team. We appreciated that the replacement new battery was compted by the sales manager. We were not happy however to have paid the $100 deductible on our Premium Car warranty for the unusual window off track issue. We are proud and quite satisfied Ford product owners going back to my '57 Fairlane as a teenager, our families cool "65 Mustang Pony car, our multiple Galaxies, a terrific Taurus, and my "98 Explorer with 250K miles and still going strong when I replaced it with the attractive impressive 2011 Edge with all the bells and whistles. We are confident that all will go well in the long run, and the Tuttle-Click's Capistrano Ford agency will continue to provide top level professional sales and service for us and their many other loyal current and new customers. After all, it wasn't their fault that the window fell off the track. Next time we expect to give them the full 5 star rating that this fine team deserves!

No hassle sales; convenient location; nice facilit

we had a great experience overall. there were some hiccups during the sales and finance processes but nothing major. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Overall great service but a sad conclusion

Absolutely everything was great until I tried to pick up my car. My service adviser was fast and efficient. The work was finished so quickly I was surprised. Trying to get the keys to my car was another matter.

Great service, great employees

My appointment was at 8 and I was told my oil change and rotation would take up to an hour and a half. It was done early! Brian was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

Excellent service from the Quick Lane staff

The service staff examined our extended service contract to maximize our benefit and minimize future expenditures. They were friendly and courteous and your "second shift" late hours fit our schedule perfectly. Best service of any Ford dealership we've experienced!
