Great service

Brian was very accommodating and eager to help. Service was able to be done last minute and the dealership is clean and we maintained. Prices are reasonable and are a good value. Very well done.

Great Customer Service

Jerry Hall,Sales Rep was very helpful in my final decision to purchase. He has also followed up with me after the purchase.He told me he's available to answer questions anytime on equipment/tech functions.Highly recommend.

Finally I'm happy with my new car purchase

I bought a brand new ford focus on February 28th from Theodore Robbins ford and every day since I bought it I have gegreted this major purchase. The car was making a noise every time I accelerated, I was refered to this dealership my a restaurant owner near my place of work and despite it being an hour out of my way from my house it ended up being worth the time. I called rich raider and he not only connected me to his employees that would take care or my car but ultimately make me feel like I had made a good investment. I now love driving my car that was refused fixing from the dealership I bought it from.

Great amenitys and friendly service.

Got to hang out with my daughter for a while while we waited on my car and ran into Andrew who sold me my flex. He is the type of sales person I like. Genuine. I would definatly buy another Ford from him!

The attention to detail for the service on my vehicle and the price of the tires was actually more competitive than I originally anticipated. Everyone was very professional.

Transmission repair parts not in stock locally.

Service agent, Richard, listened well & had all requested repairs addressed (but not solved, see below) by the estimated pickup time. Transportation home was convenient.

Great Service

When we first arrived, i was very impressed with how clean the dealership was kept. Matthew Alves was our service writer and was very professional, promptly answering each and every one of our concerns. The vehicle was also done in a timely manner. Again, their professionalism is outstanding. We would highly recommend this dealership to our friends, family, and business acquaintances.

A great service department!

I have had a long term working relationship with Richard West. He knows my truck, remembers everything about it, gives good advise/recommendations, is efficient and never rushes me. I could not ask for more.
