Best service around!

I was acknowledged as I walked in the door and all the staff I encountered were friendly, chipper and having fun without seeming unprofessional. Better than the last time I was there, which was also great - I didn't realize there was room for improvement!

Great Service

Lee was my service contact and he was fantastic. I was just in for an oil change, but I have been in to your dealership before for another issue and was dealt with in the same competent, customer oriented way. I bought my car from the Huntington Beach Ford and had the worst experience of my life. I'm so glad to be so happy with my local dealer. Thank you.

Good experience

The service advisor was helpful. I couldn't leave the car when I brought it in, but when I brought it back the next morning he remembered who I was and what I needed.

Another great service appointment!

Juan Gonzales in Service was great....with other estimates I had in hand, he negotiated with me for my new set of OEM tires for my 2011 Mustang thru Capo. The price was affordable and he kept me updated for the 1.5 days the car was in for the tires and other warranty work. I really appreciate his sincerity and professionalism!

Impeccable service

Andrew was the most pleasant salesman to work with. He gave me all the information I needed to make a decision. Joe Gonzalez also made my experience very pleasant. Much thanks to both. They make going to a dealership a comfortable and fun time.

Great service - clean facilities

Professional, accommodating, open at night, first class but not pretentious dealership, and I did not feel like anyone was trying to "up-sell" me for more services. The trust level goes up when I think they care about me and will only do what the manual calls for and anything else that really needs attention
