Great Service
When we first arrived, i was very impressed with how clean the dealership was kept. Matthew Alves was our service writer and was very professional, promptly answering each and every one of our concerns. The vehicle was also done in a timely manner. Again, their professionalism is outstanding. We would highly recommend this dealership to our friends, family, and business acquaintances.

Great Service for my Focus
Took in my car for an oil change. Great service but more important is the fact that you do not try and pressure into more services that are not needed. If something is needed soon I do like to know about it, but if not, then I do not like pressure into getting something done.

Professional and accurate
From the moment I arrived I was treated with professionalism and made aware of all the options available to me regarding the maintenance of my Ford Edge. I was contacted a short while later and updated on what the technicians determined what was required and recommended, then given an estimate along with an explanation of costs. After retrieving the vehicle I reviewed the documentation, inspectected the areas worked on and determined the vehicle was safe to operate. The drive home showed much improvement. I'd like to thank Shane Allensworth for his professionalism and keeping me informed, the technicians for doing a great job on the vehicle, and the shuttle driver for being safe as well as professional.

Greta service, open late, friendly personell
Unlike any other car dealership I have been to, they were open late into the evening. This allowed me to get important, unexpected, repair work done on my daughter car.

Night Owl Service Dept - FINALLY!
LOVE your late hours of work, love the appointment, love the professional and friendly staff. I also appreciate that you have a variety of waiting areas where I can sit comfortably and read, work or watch TV. I have also spent hours at one of the well-lit desks in the showroom to do work while having the truck serviced. These are all very nice pluses to me!
