Excellent Customer Care
Prompt Service, and user friendly customer lounge area with the snack bar, and tables & chairs. I was able to work for about an hour and a half on my computer the whole time I was waiting for service to be completed.

Short wait for scheduled routine service.
Ability to schedule service for a Sat morning and wait till it was done in a very timely professional manner. Service writer was friendly and kept me updated.

Great service
First, the cost. The promotional "Works" deal - that I had received via email having been in the data base - was something I had to take advantage of. $29.99 for all of that is a bargain nowadays. Second, I'd say the staff in the service dept. is friendly and attentive. The reason I came back to T.C.C.F. was based on the service and "bedside manner" I'd received from my last visit.

Great customer service. Much attention given.
I liked that both my Service Advisor Lee and the Service Director Rich Rader spent a lot of time trying to resolve my truck's problem. Lee even went with me on a longer test drive to ensure the repairs truly worked to fix my GPS issues). I received excellent customer service at this visit.

Your employees were all very helpful in everyway possible. No going back and forth with price. I was very satisfied with our experience. We have purchased many vehicles at San Juan Capistrano Ford and this was the easiest.
