1st visit - very impressed!
As I have just purchased a 2013 Ford Escape SEL from a private party, and have 2 additional, extended warranty packages, I will be utilizing your dealership. My first visit went well - all departments were most accomodating and friendly and all in all I was quite happy with this first visit. Quite impressed with your hours of operation as it certainly accomodates those that work during the day, and the facility in San Juan is just beautiful! I want to add a great big thank you to Sandy, who went out of her way in making sure the extended warranties were transferred into my name - she rocks!!! Thank you one and all!

Well Managed Facilities
Every service experience has been excellent. Prices are as competitive as any lube or service garage I have been to. the wait time has always been reasonable and the facilities at Capistrano Ford are comfortable and clean. There is even shuttle service back to the house if there will be a long wait. EXCELLENT.

The personalized, professional, efficient and no-pressure service and treatment I received from Tom Dunlap was outstanding. His continued contact and service to take care of a couple of minor issues has also been impressive. I should also mention Dave Macias for similar reasons. Both were a joy to work with throughout the week-long research/shopping and negotiation process. The process of completing the contract and executing the paperwork was equally efficient and painless.

great service clean facilities
It was easy. I had a simple 15,000 service, made the appointment, was greeted by the service man who wrote the order told it would be ready in about 2 hours and then your driver drove me to my office in downtown SJC. About 90 minutes later I received a call that vehicle was ready to be picked up. The driver picked me up and and everything went smoothly.
