Efficient Service, Great Building

Richard West has always been kind, personable and efficient, after all I have been visiting your dealership for sales and service for over 20 years. Also Shaylee at the front desk was helpful printing a paper that I needed while I waited, a great big shout out to her help as well. Thank you.

Great place to buy and have service.

Very fast service, good, comfortable waiting area, and breakfast at the Cafe at a very reasonable price. Lee, our service writer and Dave, our salesman coud noty have been more helpful, or better.

Great Service

Advisor Matt was very helpful to identify the problem in my truck and made sure I was informed in a timely manner about the needed fix and when the truck would be ready. It was done earlier and correctly.

I made an inquiry via the Internet and got a prompt response, and even though I wasn't able to follow up for about a week, the salesperson was not pushy but persistent enough.

Service experience

Service advisor Bob was courteous and kept me updated regarding the service and needed battery. I did not have an appointment and that did not create an issue. The coffee and water were appreciated.

Matt/Service Manager did a great job, keeping the communication open for servicing my car. He told me exactly what need to be done, and got everything fix in a timely matter.

Great Service Experience

We contacted our sales rep who made the appointment for us the next day. Upon my arrival I was met by a service rep who was very helpful explaining my service plan options. Your sales rep sought me out to see if things were going OK which I thought was a nice touch. The service was completed without delay and I was sent on my way very satisfied.
