Couldn't Have Gone Smoother

My experience was superior. Moe and the team at Capo Ford were very welcoming and helped my decision to buy a new car a very enjoyable experience.

Outstanding service, fast service, friendly staff

Justin Carlton did an outstanding job getting me the type of mustang I have been looking for. All the paper work was quickly processed. Very nice customer service at capistrano ford, thats why i keep coming back to purchase my vehicles here.

service Personnel very efficient and made suggestions as to some additional items I might want to have done. Car was cleaned (almost as good as I clean it) and that is a very much appreciated perk.

Great Experience with GM

I definitely like the professionalism and experience I had with Walter, the GM for Leasing. He was patient, cordial and genuinely a great person to talk to. Provided us with payment options for the purchase vs lease. Hopefully he stays with you for a long time.

Great Service

The service was quick. I had an appointment at 8:30, and told the work would take about one and one-half hours. They had me out in 45 minutes, with no extra charges.

Great Service Department

Travis is an incredible service adviser. I've gone to him before and will keep going to him. Additionally, everyone is friendly and helpful and the new wait area is open and comfortable.

Great service from the service rep

I've worked with Richard West, service rep, over the last 4 or 5 years. He is great to work with and knows my car. Also, your shuttle service works great for me.

Excellent service

I was able to get my vehicle in when I wanted to. Service was completed on time. Shuttle service was available to and from my home. Service advisor was courteous and very helpful.

(Appointment date: 12/14/2013) William greeted me and when I mentioned I had an appointment but couldn't remember who with, he went out of his way to look for a service rep to assist me. I then watched William as he assisted another customer - again with the same courtesy and professionalism.
