Professional Service and Attention to Detail

Even though my car is a Honda Fit, Bob Coleman, the advisor, and Brandon Gregory, the technician, went out of their way to find out the recommended oil for this vehicle before doing the service. (Honda recommends full synthetic on the Fits)

Outstanding service, fast service, friendly staff

Justin Carlton did an outstanding job getting me the type of mustang I have been looking for. All the paper work was quickly processed. Very nice customer service at capistrano ford, thats why i keep coming back to purchase my vehicles here.

service Personnel very efficient and made suggestions as to some additional items I might want to have done. Car was cleaned (almost as good as I clean it) and that is a very much appreciated perk.

Great Experience with GM

I definitely like the professionalism and experience I had with Walter, the GM for Leasing. He was patient, cordial and genuinely a great person to talk to. Provided us with payment options for the purchase vs lease. Hopefully he stays with you for a long time.

Great Service

The service was quick. I had an appointment at 8:30, and told the work would take about one and one-half hours. They had me out in 45 minutes, with no extra charges.

Great Service Department
