Great service (Richard West)

Richard West is always so pleasant and helpful. They promised me the car would be ready by 2pm and it was ready by 1:30pm. Perfect timing. Thank you !

great service dept

I always get great service from the service dept..Richard in service was shuch a great help I was stranded and he help me get my car to the dealer ship to get fixed.

Fantastic Service

Great omelet

The veggie omelet was excellent. It was hot, light, fresh, delicious and cheap. The coffee was also good. My car was cleaned beautifully and the customer service man was very pleasant. My car took longer than estimated but the time went by quicky. I've already told four people about the delicious omelet. Thank you.

High integrity team to work with

I bought a 2012 certified Ford Focus and was unhappy with the transmission. I came to understand that what I was experiencing was normal, but was still uncomfortable. Jerry Hall and Kevin Burns worked with me resulting in the exchange for a Ford Fusion Hybrid. They were very professional as was ?joe Gonzalez. The overall experience was excellent. I am very happy with my Fusion.

Great Experience

They found the vehicle that I wanted, even though it was not in inventory, which saved me the effort of going somewhere else to find it. The financial manager, Joe Gonzalez, was able to get me a very competitive rate and helped me to get the best possible situation.

Great service as always!

Always friendly, great service. The battery in my Edge had died. Once I got it jump started, I went straight to SJC Ford without an appt at the end of the day on Sat. They had me back on the road in about 30min!

The reports from the hospital that the part would take five weeks to arrive. Gratis Enterprise car rental, friendly service people that let me visit my car, and more. Honored the warranty.

Clean facilities, prompt service, breakfast bar

Appointment time was kept, car was serviced in an hour's time, no surprises about the charges, your restrooms are immaculate, and I LOVE your new breakfast bar!
