Exceptional service, reasonable price

Outstanding Service Antenna broke off from going into and out of our old garage, and I obtained a replacement for an very reasonable price through Ford Service. This was unexpected. Had a bad detent spring on my fuel door on 2013 Explorer Sport. Travis ordered the part on warranty, but we didn?t get in to have it installed before he ended up returning it to Ford. Our fault, not his. Travis re-ordered the part, we installed it the next day during the oil change, and got a free car wash in the deal. Then I brought it in to determine why the power connector in the front console wasn?t working. The Service Manager found the breaker, replaced it on the spot, and then determined there was a penny in the power connector on the dash. Again, my fault, and there was no charge. The Explorer Sport sells itself, I see more and more of them on the road. The Service, that is all Tuttle Click. I may be two Ford family in the next year- who would have thought a car dealer would focus on exceptional service at a reasonable price? Travis is exceptional, as is Tom in internet sales. BUYING THE FORD EDGE FROM TUTTLE CLICKS ROCKS!

My wife and I just bought a Ford Edge from the Tuttle Clicks Capistrano Ford, and were impressed with the care provided by Tom Dunlap. He was straight to the point and gave a bottom price unbeatable in less than ten minutes. He also spend quality time with us showing as all the features of the car. When we arrived to the facility Tom Dunlap had the car washed and ready to go for us. Overall we were impressed with the dedicated attention that Ford staff provided to us. The total time for purchasing the car was less than three hours.

Tuttle Click San Juan Capistrano is fantastic!

Although we are weary car buyers, we had an EXCELLENT experience with Internet Sales Manager, Tom Dunlap. We have a lot of dealers from which to choose between Tuttle Click in San Juan Capistrano and our home in Los Angeles. In fact, we negotiated with more than one and discovered that most car dealers still employ disgusting pressure tactics. Tuttle Click was a refreshing exception. Tom was respectful, up front and understood that we were shopping for the best deal; times are tough for everyone right now! He also spent a lot of time with us as we were trying to sync up my husband's mobile to the Ford Focus MyTouch system. In fact, he invited us to come back anytime to give us further instructions on the amazing MyTouch and Sync systems (we probably will). Tuttle Click San Juan Capistrano is a first rate dealership and puts their customers in competent, respectful hands. We would definitely go back there to buy a car!

Excellence in customer service

My salesperson Tony was probably the best salesman I have ever worked with; He was easy going, very accomodating, even coming to my house with the new car for me to see. His knowledge of all the bells and whistles was top notch and he took his time going over the cr twice. The buying process was not pressured. Make sure you ask for Tony to have a very pleasant new car buying experience!!
