Service Department

I always have a great experience here, Bob my service advisor is excellent, he always keeps me informed about my car and keeps his word. The Service Director is great too, he came out and introduce himself and said if I ever need any help to don’t hesitate to call or come in and see him! GREAT EXPERIENCE.

Attentive service

Good communication and pleasant overall experience! Very happy! I didn’t have to wait long and they contacted me right away when my vehicle was finished.I would recommend Tuttle Click Jeep to anyone.

Brian Peyton lying for financial gain

Brian in Finance went out of his way to redo a already signed contract for financial gain. When he was asked about the APR on the contract, which was off by .25%, he knowingly lied and it was cought by my wife less then an hour later when she reviewed it. Thank God for her college degree in Finance!

Great service and timely completion.

This service and timeliness of completion is great. The bummer is that they used to offer a free car wash with repairs and service. I have chosen this location because of that perk. In the future I will probably choose a different location that does offer the free car wash . When you are spending $1000 or more on repairs, it’s nice to at least get a clean shiny car back.

Awesome experience

I had the opportunity to have Kyle Sanders help me with my service on my car. I have tried other dealerships and they are no comparison to the service I received from Kyle. He was professional, courteous and so willing to help. I will be going back for sure!

Service was only 30-45 minutes

I was surprised at how little time it took to get my car serviced and I appreciate it was not very long everybody was courteous and kind

Service of current car was a disaster and mishandled by Capo Ford service staff. Led to ruined transmission. The sales team cared and helped turn a horrible situation into a positive with a new car.

Excellent Service Again

Came in with no appointment and they were really busy but Kerby squeezed me in for an oil change and minor service. They have a nice customer lounge with plenty of room and great WiFi. I am definitely coming back for my next service
