Service Department Excellence
Upon arrival at Capistrano Ford I was greeted by many people wishing me a good morning and directing me inside. After walking in I was greeted by Service Manager Brendan who asked what brought me into the Dealership today? I explained to him my concerns that he assured me they would be handled in a timely manner. I returned later that day and upon arrival was greeted my Rich R. who was just as friendly and explained to me I was ready to go and wished me a wonderful day. I will definitely be coming back to Capistrano Ford for service.

Superior staff
From the time you make appointment until you leave it’s a great experience. I have never been in a dealership like this one. We were very satisfied with the service department. The environment is very welcoming....especially for a woman.

Great Service!
Capistrano Ford is very convenient and efficient. We have bought several vehicles from them, and brought them back for routine servicing. Kept abreast of progress, and estimated costs. Easy rides offered home while waiting.

oil Change
I called in the morning for an oil change. Got in quick, work was done on time, got out quick. Living in ALISO Viejo, having a choice between the Ford dealership in IRVINE, and Tuttle Click in San Juan Capistrano. I much prefer going to Tuttle Click in San Juan Capistrano.

Excellent Service
Excellent service with Lee in the service department. He is very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to service and recommendations. Lee is very honest and I have referred my daughter and son-in-law to handle their needs.

Disappointed in wait time
I had an appt at 11am. Had the car there early. Because I said I would not wait there, my car was put back of line for those who waited at your facility I had the appt to get service promptly, not have to wait the entire day We bought the car from you, and expect better service in the future. I certainly did not expect customers who came in after me, be taken before me because of waiting there for service to be done. Frederick Stewart

horrible service
My wife had to get a new tire. The service was horrible and they didn’t even put a new valve stem cover on it!

efficient & effective; quality work, had good run with Continental 40,000 miles over 6 years They did good job in finding & replacing fuel tank last week.
