Good communication, fair negotiation, smooth transaction. I did have to go back a second day (driving up from San Diego) because they only had one Finance person to process my purchase, but they made up this inconvenience in politeness and friendliness.

Great selection of used vehicles, especially in these

Great selection of used vehicles, especially in these times. Cass was very friendly and easy to work with. Pricing was fair and there were no hidden fees or add ons. Sara the financing personnel was helpful and efficient, and took her time to explain any additional plans. Took awhile to finish my deal, was there for about 7 hours, that’s the reason for 4 starts and not 5.

Does service department needs to get better I came in

Does service department needs to get better I came in with a problem instead it was something else it wasn't I told my head problems transmission mount write some mission mount they said no it was a tires the tires pay balance attires without telling me the inside of the tires were completely we're completely bad with the cord sticking out The day I bought the car I complained they said they fix it they didn't they balanced the tires without telling me that the tires were bad They slowly discard with bad tires I don't like to complain but that's what happened someone wants to talk to me you have my number thank you

My wife is rose rocco we bought a car at your place the tires were so bad had to replace them right away by the way you guys told me I told you guys that we had a vibration your lady Linda at service set my tires needed balancing they took the tires off they never told me that inside a tire for a completely worn out even the wire sticking out and now I barely made it home I had to replace him by new tires I told your cup manager no more manager no one ever call me back They said they would

Feb 1, 2022, I purchased a used vehicle from AutoNation

Feb 1, 2022, I purchased a used vehicle from AutoNation Infinity Tustin, my experience: 1. Finance Dept was great, easy, & quick to work with 2. Service Dept, outstanding team .. delivered on their promises and finished within the time they promised. I needed to have the vehicle wheels alignment done and wheels rebalanced for the car pulled to the right and repair a wobbly tire …. problem fixed. 3. Sales Dept, A LOT of Training is needed! When I asked my sales rep, Fred, for an updated quote because of a price change his reply was I already sent you a quote, which was a week old. Fred did not want to do the work to provide me with an updated quote with the change in taxes, fees, etc. Secondly, Fred did not hear me provide all the signs I wanted to purchase the vehicle. Secondly, the bigger issue is the after-sale follow-through… HORRIBLE! Both Fred & Abdoul who were my sales reps completely FAILED to follow through and follow up on my service request to discover if the purchase warranty covered the wheel alignment and wheel balancing. Frustrated with Fed & Abdoul, I reached out to General Manager, AG Ortiz, and the receptionist provided me the answers as well as scheduled my appointment with the Service Dept. AG did follow up a day later and was very receptive to my feedback.

Let me start by saying that Gabriel, and Fili and Teddy were the most amazing , kindest , hard working , up front, communicative, and most amazing team I have ever ever had the pleasure to work with!!!. Since the moment I walked through this dealer doors, to the moment I sent them the first text, I get taken care of 🙌, talk about commitment to the client and incredible customer service. I traded in my BMW and got a2019 QX50 , and got such an amazing deal on it, they made my year! What a amazing team what an amazing staff,all around. I don’t have the best credit and they made it happen, so quick with such a great offer , oh and they paid me the most out of every dealership I went to see for my trade in! Definitely one of a kind exclusive I highly recommend this dealership! Thank you all so much!!!!!
